STUDENT HANDBOOK
Dear valued customers,
At Provet/Animal Industries Resource Centre, we continue to closely monitor the coronavirus and its impact across Australia, Hong Kong and the globe with a focus on the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners.
As you would be aware, across Australia and New Zealand, Provet, like many companies, continues to implement workplace regulations and guidelines from government and public health authorities related to COVID-19. In addition, Provet works in partnership with manufacturers, suppliers and global shipping carriers that are also taking the same precautionary methods to minimise the impact of COVID-19.
At this point in time, due to our commitment to our team and partners health and safety, we have directed our teams to cease face to face calls on customers. This decision, while difficult, we believe is the best course of action under the current circumstances. We are passionate about continuing to support and engage our partners as effectively as possible and our teams will adapt their service to now include phone and on-line contact and detailing.
This measure will be reviewed on a continual basis and we will continue to source up to date information to ensure we can support any initiatives to minimise any health risks to our team and business partners. We will communicate any updates immediately and we thank you in advance for your support and understanding in this unprecedented situation.
Should you have any immediate questions please contact us as outlined below.
Regards,
Simon Hellams,
Vice President & Managing Director ANZ
Sue Crampton
Business Manager Animal Industries Resource Centre and Crampton Consulting Group
